I'm Hye Kim – and I'm not your typical acupuncturist or herbalist. I hold licenses as a National and California Licensed Acupuncturist, but more importantly, I'm a firm believer in the power of holistic healing. My journey has been a rollercoaster of experiences, from intense training at South Baylo University, Emperor’s College, and Won Institute, to embracing the wisdom of Asian holistic medicine.
But let me share a piece of my heart with you. Before diving into the world of healing, I ventured into the realm of International Marketing, earning a Master's degree from Philadelphia University. The best part? I was awarded a full scholarship, which whisked me away to countries like South Korea, Japan, Germany, and Israel. These adventures gifted me a profound respect for the beautiful diversity of cultures that shape our world.
What drives my passion for Asian medicine? Personal experiences that hit close to home. I've seen pain and struggle on both personal and societal levels, igniting a fire within me to explore a different path. It was watching a beloved family member wrestle with illness that stirred something deep inside, propelling me to immerse myself in the world of Traditional Asian Medicine.
But here's the core of it all: Healing, to me, is a symphony of mind, body, and spirit. I genuinely believe that true wellness blossoms when we acknowledge the intricate connections between our emotional and physical well-being. Every person I meet isn't just a "case" – they're a unique life story, and I'm here to listen.
With this belief lighting my way, I founded Hye Wellness Acupuncture and Herb Clinic. My ultimate goal? To be a guide, empowering my patients to chase their dreams and live their best lives.
